Returns and Refunds Policy

  1. Physical Products:   (Are products that are delivered physically to you).

1.1  Within a 10 day time frame from physical receipt of the product you can get a refund based on the following conditions:

  • the product must not be ‘soiled’;
  • the original packing of the product must be intact;
  • the product must not be opened;

1.2 You won’t get a refund based on the following:

  • if the product is electronic or consumable and the product is opened;
  • if the product is wearable and is ‘soiled’.

2. Digital Products (Mp3, Videos, eBooks) downloaded by yourself:

2.1 Return/refund:

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and product is sent/downloaded. We can issue a refund if there is a technical problem and we can’t help you to resolve the matter.

2.2 Refund:

If you did not download the product within 10 days you can claim for a refund.

Refund contact information and process:

Send an email to admin@blu-flames.com stating your reason for return/refund.  Also verify the condition of the product/s and include the proof of your order, payment and the physical condition of the product/s.

Your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the exact/same banking account that your payment was made from. Please note that you will be charged for the banking fees and delivery fees for the return/refund.
